    • SUNDAYS: April 12, April 19, April 26, May 3, May 10, May 17

  • 12:15pm-1:10pm each Sunday

    • Group warm up (off-ice)

    • 30 minute on-ice group class

    • 10 minute individual free skate practice time (monitored by coaches)

  • MAKE-UP CLASS available for any days you need to miss!

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

  • Forward inside edge on a circle (R and L)

  • Forward crossovers — clockwise and counterclockwise (4-6)

  • Backward half-swizzle pumps on a circle — 6-8 clockwise and counterclockwise

  • Backward one-foot glides (R and L)

  • Beginning two-foot spin (up to two revolutions)

  • Bonus Skill: Forward lunges — both legs
