Basic 3 + 4 - Ages 7-18

• JANUARY 4th - FEBRUARY 8th (6 weeks of classes)

• 12:15-1:15pm each Sunday

  • 15 minute group warm up (off-ice)

  • 30 minute on-ice group class

  • 15 minute individual free skate practice time (monitored by coaches)

• MAKE-UP CLASS available for any days you need to miss!

• Rental Skates provided for every skater at every class

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

• Backward two-foot glide

• Backward swizzles

• Stopping after moving

• Backward swizzles

• Two-foot turns from forward to backwards in place

• Moving snowplow stop

• Half-swizzle pumps around a circle, forwards and backwards

• Curves
