12:15pm-1:10pm each Sunday
Group warm up (off-ice)
30 minute on-ice group class
10 minute individual free skate practice time (monitored by coaches)
MAKE-UP CLASS available for any days you need to miss!

Rental Skates provided FREE for each enrolled skater
