Basic 1 - (Beginners with little to no experience - Ages 7-18)

• JANUARY 4th - FEBRUARY 8th (6 weeks of classes)

• 12:15-1:15pm each Sunday

  • 15 minute group warm up (off-ice)

  • 30 minute on-ice group class

  • 15 minute individual free skate practice time (monitored by coaches)

• MAKE-UP CLASS available for any days you need to miss!

• Rental Skates provided for every skater at every class

• Sit and stand up on ice

• March forwards

• Forward two-foot glide moving

• Dips in place and while moving

• Snowplow stop

• Toe-touches and balance

• Backwards marches
